Even when repairs or treatments have been carried out, they are still uninsured on your buildings and contents insurance. Insured Guarantees was formed to help fill this gap. Our list of contractors will carry out treatment or repairs in many specialist areas from waterproofing your cellar to treatment against woodworm, but more important than this, their guarantee can be insured for up to 20yrs (see policies under literature for more details), if they cease trading for any reason.
